Delivery Areas

We ship to all governorates in Tunisia including Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, Ariana, Ben Arous, Nabeul, and all other regions.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Tunis, Sfax, Sousse): 2-3 business days
• Other governorates: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: Up to 5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase required
• Some items may not be eligible for return (final sale items)
